“…1,2‐Dimethyl‐1,3‐benzazaphosphole exhibited different reactivity, simultaneous cycloaddition of two molecules TCBQ to give a high melting zwitterionic bis‐addition product with hexacoordinate λ 5 ‐phosphorus, which was insoluble in most common solvents and only slightly soluble in [D 6 ]acetone ( δ 31 P = –108 ppm) .
