Abstract: Physical alterations in cervical fusions endanger healing. Experimentally we determined less stability loss in fixations using cancellous bone grafts than in those using tricortical grafts. Four hundred eighty-five Patients underwent anterior cervical fusion, for a total of 700 Segments.
