Vortex pseudo Schell-model source: A proposal

Abstract: Abstract-In this work a physically realizable pseudo Schellmodel planar light source with optical vortex is proposed. The characteristics of irradiance and coherence of the beam radiated by this type of source are analysed at the source plane and upon free paraxial propagation.
