Abstract: Virtual poster abstracts Conclusions: A fetal gall bladder that is sonographically absent in mid-trimester is often detected at later fetal ultrasound examinations. Persistently absent fetal gall bladder on prenatal ultrasound is associated with gall bladder agenesis, and a significant rate of biliary atresia.
