Abstract: Identifying mechanisms underlying tumor growth and immune resistance is needed to treat pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) effectively. The complexity of the tumor microenvironment (TME) suggests that the crosstalk between cells in the TME could drive drug resistance and relapse in PDAC.
