The purpose of this research work is to carry out the Design of a Single-Family Housing under Regulation E.030 to reduce Seismic Vulnerability in Miramar, Trujillo, La Libertad, since it has been seen at a national and international level that vulnerability It is a physical problem that generates great structural damage to homes, it is worth mentioning that this research is a type of quantitative approach of non-experimental design with a cross-section whose data collection techniques used are Direct Observation, Interview Sheet, Sheet Structural Survey, Evaluation Matrix -INDECI and Engineering Software. As results, it was obtained that, of the 359 homes evaluated, where 270 are single-family homes, 60 are multi-family homes and 29 are others, indicating that 90% of the homes have High Vulnerability, for the analysis and design of the Home of which indicates that there were 11 parameters to carry out the structural survey of the house evaluated and selected from the sample with a Confined Masonry structural system. Likewise, with engineering programs such as ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD and Excel, for the analysis, verification, obtaining the relevant dimensions of the structure of the home, taking into account the current regulations and compliance with the purposes set out in the research to design a resistant and good quality home.
