Abstract:Vulvar lichen sclerosus (VLS) is a chronic inflammatory disorder, which affects women of all ages. It is one of the most common pathologies presenting to vulvar clinics. However, uncertainty continues to exist about its etiopathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment.
