Warfare Injuries: History, Triage, Transport and Field Hospital Setup in the Armed Forces

Abstract: The treatment of war wounds has been an ancient art, constantly refined and adapted to reflect improvements in warfare strategies, weapons technology, transportation and damage control surgical practices.
