Abstract:The conventional produced water disposal options approved under the Environmental Guidelines and Standards for the Petroleum Industry in Nigeria (EGASPIN) for inland and nearshore assets in Nigeria is water re-injection for reservoir pressure maintenance and injection into disposal wells.
