Water drop transportation on wettability switchable surface via anisotropic molecules

Abstract: Active control of the transportation of liquid drops on a horizontal surface is achieved using surfaces with switchable wettability via remote stimuli. However, the mechanism how the dynamic wettability influences drop dynamics is rarely reported.
