Abstract:In order to solve the problems of serious tool wear and poor durability during plunge milling of nickel base superalloy GH4169, the design test obtains the wear morphology process of the tool through K40 carbide tool insertion and milling GH4169. The experiment analyzed the impact and sensitivity of cutting parameters on tool life.
