Web based teleoperation architecture and H.264 video encoder

Abstract: Teleoperations is an important field in robotics. From surgical robots to space robots, it has found applications in different areas. This paper discusses the development of master side user interface and video encoder for video compression and transmission. It is a single robot, single user but multiple collaborator system.
