In research conducted by Martín-Páez, Aguilera, Perales-Palacios, & Vílchez-González (2019), shows that a user satisfaction proposal is presented based on the ISO/IEC 25010 product quality model applicable to e-learning systems, considering three categories: utility, trustworthiness, and enjoyment.…”
