Well-Posedness for the Stochastic Landau-Lifshitz-Bloch Equation with Helicity Driven by Jump Noise
Soham Gokhale
Abstract:The Landau-Lifshitz-Bloch (LLB) equation is used to model the phenomenon of ferromagnetism for temperatures both below and above the Curie temperature. We consider the stochastic LLB equation driven by jump noise. We study the said equation with contribution also from the helicity term in the energy. We establish the existence of a weak martingale solution, followed by proving its path-wise uniqueness, hence concluding the existence of a strong solution.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
