Abstract: This study explores the perceptions of Colombian sex workers, street vendors, and taxi drivers regarding Venezuelan immigration, its media coverage, and relevant NGO initiatives. Drawing on threat–benefit theory and mediated intergroup contact, short semi-structured and informal interviews were employed as the primary methodology.
