What a coindence to be pregnant: partial pulmonary venous return abnormality, iatrogenic atrial septal defect, rheumatic mitral stenosis

Abstract: Herein we present a case of concomitant congenital anomalies with an iatrogenic defect. The female patient underwent a percutaneous mitral balloon valvuloplasty due to rheumatic mitral stenosis. Unfortunately, an iatrogenic atrial septal defect (ASD) occurred and also, partial anomalous pulmonary venous return was observed at post-procedure evaluation.
