What About Private Kindergarten Teachers’ Authentic Leadership? The Role of Personality Traits

Abstract: The improvement of teacher leadership is the key to promote the quality of kindergarten education. As a kind of teacher leadership, authentic leadership is related to the teacher’s personality traits.
