“…Lediglich ein Scoping Review zu von den betroffenen Fachpersonen selbst geäusserten Haltungen zur Implementation von evidenzbasierten Praktiken liegt vor (Ubbink et al, 2013). Zu den organisatorischen Barrieren für die Implementation von evidence-based practice (EBP) im Gesundheitswesen bietet ein aktuelles Scoping Review von Williams et al (2015) einen Überblick über mögliche Hindernisse, die in fünf Kategorien eingeteilt werden: (1) Arbeitsbelastung, (2) keine Unterstützung durch Team und Leitungsebene, (3) Mangel an Ressourcen, (4) mangelnde Autorität, Wandel durchzusetzen und (5) eine Arbeitsplatzkultur, die sich gegen einen Wandel sträubt. Im Folgenden wird die aktuelle internationale Literatur zu Implementationsprojekten im Bereich der Pflege-und Hebammenarbeit sowie angrenzender Arbeitsgebiete zusammengetragen, um die Studien insbesondere den Fachpersonen im deutschsprachigen Raum zu präsentieren.…”
