What can Fraser and Bourdieu teach us about success and obstacles in the implementation of Recognition of Prior Learning?

Abstract: Despite the adoption of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) policies, its implementation lags behind, remains un-coordinated and lacks institutional support.
