What can Phase I clinical trials tell us about quality of life? A pilot study (MC0115)

Abstract: Background: Psychological aspects of patient well-being are not typically included in Phase I clinical trials. We sought to investigate patients' quality of life (QOL) experience, and determine relationships between QOL deficits, treatment outcomes and adverse events.
