What is your diagnosis? Ventral neck mass in a cat

Abstract: A 15-year-old female spayed domestic short-haired cat was presented for examination of a mass located in the deep dermal and subcutaneous tissues of the ventral neck close to midline. The mass had been detected one week earlier with no change in size or shape. The mass measured 2.5 9 2.5 9 3.0 cm and was nonpainful, haired, firm, and adherent to the underlying tissues.
