Abstract: Knowledge sharing is an employee behavior, critical to organizational success in knowledge‐intensive work environments. This study set out to empirically test the model of knowledge‐sharing motivation designed and presented in this journal by Gagné (2009). The model combines two established behavioral theories, the theory of planned behavior and self‐determination theory, and connects various human resource practices to it. “…Rather, it has indirectly predicted EI via ATE, SN, and PBC, as they operate as transmitters of effects, though SN showed insignificance on mediating NS and EI relationship. Our findings support earlier research on positive outcomes result from NSs (Croson & Minniti, 2012;Hagger & Chatzisarantis, 2009;Niemiec & Ryan, 2009;Roca & Gagne, 2008;Stenius et al, 2017).

“…Emellett különösen fontos szerepet tölt be a rejtett tudás alkalmazhatóvá tételében. A rejtett tudás elsősorban személyes interakciók útján, közös tudásmegosztás által válhat elérhetővé az egész szervezet számára (Stenius et al, 2017).…”
