What's Sex Got to Do With It? Associations Between Sexual Intrusive Thoughts, Gender, and Metacognition

Abstract: Although sexual intrusive thoughts (SITs) are often studied in combination with other intrusions, little is known about the metacognitive processes that are specific to SITs.
