In general, the cockpit is a part of the aircraft which provides proper visibility to both pilots and co-pilots who manage the aircraft. Nowadays, the production of modern aircraft is increasing day by day for effective and safe operation. On the other hand, the automation system and improper design of the cockpit in aircraft cause various incidents when mishandled or due to uncertain weather conditions and it needs to be rectified. Therefore, this paper proposes an aircraft intelligent cockpit auxiliary system based on a single-chip microcontroller. The single-chip computer control system used in this paper is a double STC89C52RC single-chip microcomputer. The STC89C52RC controller is integrated with the cockpit auxiliary system which makes the aircraft fly fast with the propaganda and automatic tracing function thereby ignoring the obstacles. The proposed aircraft cockpit design integrated with STC 89C52RC microcontroller comprises a temperature sensor, pressure sensor, and speed sensor to determine the climatic conditions. In addition to this, a global system for mobile communications (GSM) and a global positioning system (GPS) are also provided to identify the location of an aircraft cockpit and monitor wireless radiation using a short message service (SMS). Finally, the experimental analysis is determining the various parameters to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed aircraft cockpit design.
