Abstract:Background/Aim: Many breast cancer patients receive adjuvant radiotherapy. Tumor bed boost may reduce risk of local failure in high risk patients. We compared hypofractionated whole-breast irradiation (WBI) plus boost (HF+boost) and conventionally fractionated WBI plus boost (CF+boost).
