Why And How Indo-mediterranean Diet, May Be Superior To Other Diets? The Role Of Antioxidants In The Diets

Abstract: The Seven Country study showed that traditional Japanese diet and Mediterranean diets are protective against cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Japanese diet is considered the healthiest because it provides highest longevity and health to Japanese.
