Traditional mathematics curriculum faces several issues nowadays. The gap between course materials and students’ real-life mathematical experiences, the scattering of knowledge in different courses, and the lack of mathematics applications to other subjects all hinder the learning of students. The emerg-ing trends in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence also impel higher education to enrich and refine mathematics education. In order to better incubate students for future, the experience of enriching undergrad-uate mathematics curriculum with computer science courses is introduced in this study. The curriculum is designed and implemented for students who major in applied mathematics to better stimulate the learning, participation, exercise, and innovation. It provides students with comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge for the challenges and industrial requirements now-adays. Evaluations, major findings, and lessons learned from three refined courses are discussed for more insight into the following deployment and re-finement of the curriculum.

Throughout the course of time, crime and citizen insecurity continues to be one of the most harmful problems with great impacts on society, for this reason the present research work is based on the development of a security system oriented to the management and diversion of criminal attacks in Peruvian society, this being possible thanks to the help of one of the best technologies today, which is facial recognition. Likewise, together with this technology, the eXtreme Programming methodology was implemented, which, thanks to its development phases, provided different advantages for the development of this software. Consequently, it was possible to obtain positive results such as processes, innovations and viable tests for the implementation of this software in different entities of the society. The survey carried out on 17 businesses in 4 districts of northern Lima showed a 93% satisfaction rate. Finally, this research work fulfilled the needs reflected in the requirements set out at the beginning of the project, developing a viable security system. Students need to continue with the learning process related to the world of programming because today are in the era of technological globalization. Therefore, it is very important to learn about it, since programming is used in different areas and as a result obtain software, electronic devices, among others. seek to design a mobile application that helps students learn much more about programming, since students in the first cycles of computer science and computer science have difficulties learning about different programming languages. That is why the application seeks to help the student by complementing their learning in such a way that they can obtain favorable results in their progress thanks to the development of the application. The objective is to design a mobile application for teaching programming in a didactic way that helps computer science students with learning difficulties. The methodology used is Design Thinking, because it is an agile methodology that is based on phases that help us understand and collect information about the problem encountered in order to provide a solution. As for the case study, the design of the mobile application and the detailed development of the prototype are shown. The result obtained is the prototype of the mobile application in which students with learning difficulties will benefit. In addition, a survey carried out at the University of Sciences and Humanities to students and teachers is shown, where very relevant data is obtained according to their learning.
