Wideband circularly polarized antenna for dual‐band operation

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a wideband antenna with circular polarization (CP) characteristics in two different bands. The proposed antenna consists of two radiator elements on the top layer of the substrate and a feeding structure on the bottom layer of the substrate. A square wide slot with 45 rotation achieves low resonant frequency. High resonant frequency is formed by a square patch implemented in a square slot.
