Abstract: StreszczenieArtykuł jest poświęcony mierzeniu efektywności systemów instytucjonalnych krajów wysoko rozwiniętych w kontekście ich adekwatności do wymagań globalnej gospodarki wiedzy. Celem artykułu jest w szczególno-ści ewaluacja w tym względzie krajów grupy wyszehradzkiej w relacji do krajów OECD.
