Wigner-Weyl calculus in description of non-dissipative transport phenomena

Abstract: Application of Wigner -Weyl calculus to the investigation of non -dissipative transport phenomena is reviewed. We focus on the quantum Hall effect, Chiral Magnetic effect, and Chiral separation effect, and discuss the role of interactions, inhomogeneity, and deviations from equilibrium.
