Abstract:Sea surface wind, waves, and currents are the three basic parameters that describe the dynamic process of sea surface, and they are coupled with each other. To more accurately describe large-scale ocean motion and extract the ocean dynamic parameters, we adopt the spaceborne Doppler measurement to estimate the radial Doppler velocity generated by the sea surface motion. Due to the presence of wind and waves, the Doppler spectrum will be formed, shifted and broadened. Pulse-pair phase interference is used to ob… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
