Abstract: Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs), a wide sub-family within the diverse RNA-binding proteins family, contribute to multiple aspects of nucleic acid metabolism including alternative splicing, mRNA stabilization, transcriptional, posttranscriptional and translational regulation.
