Właściwości zdrowotne wina / Health properties of wine

Abstract: Celem niniejszej pracy było dokonanie przeglądu piśmiennictwa na temat zdrowotnego wpływu win gronowych. Wino zawiera wiele związków chemicznych, których obecność zależy od szczepu winorośli, środowiska, w którym uprawiana jest winorośl, sposobu fermentacji, dojrzewania wina oraz jego wieku. Głównym składnikiem wina jest woda (ok. 90%).
