Wnt pathway reprogramming during human embryonal carcinoma differentiation and potential for therapeutic targeting

Abstract: BackgroundTesticular germ cell tumors (TGCTs) are classified as seminonas or non-seminomas of which a major subset is embryonal carcinoma (EC) that can differentiate into diverse tissues.
