Women Faculty's Perceptions of Departmental Belonging Across Academic Disciplines

Abstract: Women’s growing numerical representation in gender atypical careers, including the professoriate, has not necessarily meant that they are being accepted, included and integrated in these traditionally male-dominated spaces.
