Women's reports on postabortion family-planning services provided by the public-sector legal abortion program in Mexico City

Abstract: Objective First trimester abortion was decriminalized in Mexico City in 2007. We studied client views of family planning services provided during abortion care at public facilities and acceptance of postabortion contraception. Methods We surveyed 402 clients seeking first trimester abortion care in Mexico City.
