Wool Insectproofing with Surface-Active Agents Part I. Anionics and Anionic-Cationic Complexes

Abstract: The insectproofing effects of various classes of surface-active agents applied to wool have been studied. Nonionic compounds had little insectproofing effect. Both anionic and cationic compounds were effective alone, but not in combination.
