Work-Related Fatigue Factors among Hospital Nurses: An Integrative Literature Review

Abstract: Background: Due to the demanding nature of nurses’ work and the current shortage of nurses, hospital nurses often find themselves working extra shifts, extended hours, and taking on more responsibilities.
