Workaholism and workplace incivility: a moderated dual-process model

Abstract: Despite the ubiquity of workaholism and workplace incivility, extant research lacks sufficient empirical support on the underlying mechanisms between them, which hinders curtailing the uncivil behavior of workaholics.
