Workload and coping with stress and the health status of emergency medical staff in the context of work–life balance

Abstract: Wstęp: Pracownicy sytemu Państwowego Ratownictwa Medycznego (PRM) są grupą zawodową narażoną na duże ryzyko wypalenia zawodowego i zaburzeń równowagi między życiem zawodowym a prywatnym (work-life balance-WLB).
