Workplace Conflict Manifestations and Turnover Intentions of Employees of Hospitality Organizations in Enugu Metropolis, South – East Nigeria

Abstract: This study centered on Manifestations of Workplace Conflict and Employee Turnover Intentions. Abusive Supervision, Workplace Mobbing, Workplace Ostracicm and Employee Turnover Intentions with respect to restaurants in Enugu metropolis formed the focus of the study. Structural Equation Modeling was used for testing the hypotheses.
