Workplace Incivility and Job Satisfaction: Mediation of Subjective Well-Being and Moderation of Forgiveness Climate in Health Care Sector

Abstract: Our study investigates the role of subjective well-being and forgiveness climate between workplace incivility and job satisfaction.
