Wpływ kształcenia pozaformalnego na płace osób z wykształceniem wyższym

Abstract: Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja premii płacowej z udziału w szkoleniach zawodowych pracowników mających wykształcenie wyższe. Wykorzystano dane jednostkowe z Badania aktywności ekonomicznej ludności (BAEL) z okresu [2001][2002][2003][2004][2005][2006][2007][2008][2009][2010][2011][2012][2013]. W celu redukcji obciążenia estymatora premii płacowej zastosowano porównawczo dwie metody: DID oraz DID-PSM.
