Wunderlich Syndrome: Spontaneous Cystic Rupture on Account of Acquired Kidney Atrophy

Abstract: Wunderlich syndrome is an uncommon condition of spontaneous subcapsular and perirenal hemorrhage of atraumatic etiology in the kidney, with the potential to spread to the retroperitoneal region beyond the perirenal fascias.
