The aim of this in vitro study was to evaluate the long-term stability of one-piece diameter reduced zirconia oral implants under the influence of loading and artificial aging in a chewing simulator as well as the fracture load in a static loading test. Thirty-two one-piece zirconia implants with a diameter of 3.6 mm were embedded according to the ISO 14801:2016 standard. The implants were divided into four groups of eight implants. The implants of group DLHT were dynamically loaded (DL) in a chewing simulator for 107 cycles with a load of 98 N and simultaneously hydrothermally aged (HT) using a hot water bath at 85 °C. Group DL was only subjected to dynamic loading and group HT was exclusively subjected to hydrothermal aging. Group 0 acted as a control group: no dynamical loading, no hydrothermal ageing. After exposure to the chewing simulator, the implants were statically loaded to fracture in a universal testing machine. To evaluate group differences in the fracture load and bending moments, a one-way ANOVA with Bonferroni correction for multiple testing was performed. The level of significance was set to p < 0.05. In the static loading test, group DLHT showed a mean fracture load of 511 N, group DL of 569 N, group HT of 588 N and control group 0 of 516 N. The average bending moments had the following values: DLHT: 283.5 Ncm; DL: 313.7 Ncm; HT: 324.4 Ncm; 0: 284.5 Ncm. No significant differences could be found between the groups. Hydrothermal aging and/or dynamic loading had no significant effect on the stability of the one-piece diameter reduced zirconia implants (p > 0.05). Within the limits of this investigation, it can be concluded that dynamic loading, hydrothermal aging and the combination of loading and aging did not negatively influence the fracture load of the implant system. The artificial chewing results and the fracture load values indicate that the investigated implant system seems to be able to resist physiological chewing forces also over a long service period.

Objective: The study evaluates, through a systematic review, the possible applications of Iron Ore Tailings (IOT) from the collapse of the Fundão Dam in Mariana - MG in the production of new construction materials. Theoretical Framework: Based on concepts of systematic reviews, without analytical bias, and theories of recycling industrial waste and sustainable materials. Method: An adaptation of the Systematic Search Flow method was used, analyzing the waste preparation, characterization methods, mineral composition, materials produced and tests carried out from the selected articles. Results and Discussion: Most cases required prior IOT preparation. For characterization, the most used methods were X-ray Diffraction, Granulometric Analysis and Scanning Electron Microscopy. The IOT consisted mainly of quartz and hematite. Materials produced included concrete, mortar, blocks and bricks, plastic and ceramic composites, which were evaluated by water absorption and compressive strength tests. Research Implications: Provides insights into the application of the paper's results in the management of mining tailings and the production of sustainable materials using IOT, in addition to guiding new research. Originality/Value: The review demonstrates the feasibility of using IOT from dam collapse in the production of new construction materials and innovates by presenting graphic results, facilitating reading and understanding. The relevance is evidenced by the potential integration of results into new research, socio-environmental management strategies and sustainable development in construction.

Keandalan dan pelayanan prima di sistem jaringan tegangan rendah menjadi tolok ukur kinerja PLN terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Di sistem jaringan tegangan rendah, kondisi trafo di gardu distribusi perlu dipantau. Kondisi trafo dan pemantauan profil beban berkontribusi pada respon tindakan yang perlu dilakukan untuk mempertahankan kinerja trafo. Saat ini, pemantauan profil beban trafo masih dilakukan secara manual oleh personel pemeliharaan secara periodik, yang sulit memberikan gambaran kondisi secara presisi. Untuk itu, diusulkan pemantauan profil beban trafo secara online di PLN UP3 Surabaya Selatan and UP3 Surabaya Utara. Pemantauan secara online berbasis mikrokontroler ESP32. Dari hasil uji coba, peralatan monitoring dapat memberi informasi profil beban yang detail sesuai urutan waktu, serta nilai benefit to cost ratio 1. Dengan demikian, implementasi peralatan monitoring online layak untuk diterapkan di gardu distribusi yang memberi kemudahan monitoring kondisi trafo secara real time sekaligus memberikan manfaat efisiensi biaya operasional. Reliability and excellent service in the low voltage network system are benchmarks for PLN's performance in terms of customer satisfaction. In a Low Voltage Network System, the transformers status at distribution substations needs to be monitored. Transformer condition and load profile monitoring contribute to the response actions to maintain transformer performance. Currently, monitoring of transformer load profiles is still carried out manually by maintenance personnel periodically, which does not provide a precise picture of network conditions. We propose online monitoring system for transformer load profiles at PLN UP3 South Surabaya and UP3 North Surabaya. The online monitoring process was based on the ESP32 microcontroller. The test results show that monitoring equipment can provide detailed load profile information to time sequence and a benefit to cost ratio value of 1. Thus, the implementation of online monitoring equipment is suitable for application in distribution substations that makes it easy to monitor transformer conditions in real time while providing efficiency benefits.
