“…These activities include documentation and quantification of the nine PPC buildings (Draugelis et al 1995a,b;O'Reilly et al 1995a,b;Zellmer et al 1995a,b); an environmental geophysical assessment (McGinnis et al 1994); air monitoring for volatile organic compounds (Schneider et al 1995a); testing known locations for glycolates and arsenic (Tomczyk et al 1995); and additional testing for polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) (Schneider et al 1995b), lead on painted walls (Brubaker et al 1995a), and heavy metals on metal surfaces (Brubaker et al 1995b). The cost of these assessments has been assigned to a separate program and, therefore, does not contribute to the cost estimates contained here.…”
