Xantoma plano difuso normolipêmico idiopático com hiperesplenismo

Abstract: Resumo: O xantoma plano difuso normolipêmico é doença rara, do grupo das histiocitoses, caracterizada pelo aparecimento de placas amareladas ou amarelo-alaranjadas, distribuídas simetricamente na pele e geralmente acompanhadas por xantelasma. Acomete principalmente adultos, podendo ou não apresentar alterações discretas dos lípides séricos.
