Abstract:N-(1,3-Dimethylbutyl)-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine-quinone (6PPD-Q) is a ubiquitous and acutely toxic transformation product (TP) derived from the rubber tire antioxidantN-(1,3-Dimethylbutyl)-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine (6PPD).
