“…Recent studies have shown that tranexamic acid (TXA) inhibits IL-17-induced NLRP3 in ammatory vesicle activation by enhancing LC3-II accumulation, p62/SQSTM1 expression, ATG4B inhibition, and Beclin-1/Bcl-2 dysregulation, changes that are labeled as elevated levels of cellular autophagy [40,41]. The traditional Chinese medicine Compound Xinmuikang (XMK) has also been shown to mediate mitochondrial autophagy in macrophages via the PINK1/Parkin signaling pathway in an effective response to atherosclerosis (AS), suggesting the value of cellular autophagy in the treatment of the disease [42]. The results of qPCR assay in this study showed that compared with the control group, the lung Bcl-2/Bax ratio was extremely signi cantly elevated after 2h and 6h transport in goats, while the lung Bcl-2 gene was numerically elevated, suggesting that with the prolongation of the transport time in goats Bcl-2 gradually exerted an anti-apoptotic effect, which was associated with the apoptosis rate of goat lungs in the 6h transport group falling back to a level that was not signi cantly different from that of the control group.…”
