XLII Primary Carcinoma of the Eustachian Tube

Abstract: Carcinoma arising in or about the eustachian tube, without involving the mucous membrane of the nasopharynx, is an uncommon condition, which presents difficult diagnostic and therapeutic problems, and apparently bears a very bad prognosis.
